Are not we a set of experiences and feelings? We identify with the past and we projected in the future. Our mind seeks to realize in the next moment, in an hour, a month or five years. Trying to get to live next, and this has become a mental pattern that makes us live in a perpetual state of dissatisfaction, because we make the most important thing in life is the present moment.
